ABSTRACT:
P. aeruginosa E87Ag antigen comprising polysaccharide fraction with molecular weight of about 27,000 which is contained in lipopolysaccharide of P. aeruginosa; anti-P. aeruginosa human or mouse monoclonal antibody which recognizes said E87Ag antigen; and mouse-human or mouse-mouse hybridoma which produces said monoclonal antibody.
The monoclonal antibody can be used for making diagnosis and therapy of infections with P. aeruginosa.
