ABSTRACT:
The present invention is directed to isolated bacteriophage having strong lytic activity against strains ofE. coliO157:H7, and methods of using that bacteriophage, and/or progeny or derivatives derived therefrom, to control the growth ofE. coliO157:H7 in various settings.
