In a wider flow path4asurrounded with a shaft3, a thrust plate6and an inner circumferential corner portion1cof a bearing sleeve1in a small clearance4between a lower side radial bearing section13and an upper surface thrust bearing section14, chamfering is performed at the inner circumferential corner portion1cof the bearing sleeve1, wherein a width of the wider flow path4ain the radial direction in rotation is formed so as to be wider than a width of a communication hole16located below the wider flow path4ain the radial direction in rotation to thereby render a flow of a lubricating fluid5flowing into the wider flow path4afrom the communication hole16smooth.
