ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is a process for dyeing or printing a voluminous textile substrate comprising natural or synthetic polyamide fibres, which process comprises applying to the substrate an aqueous dyeing or printing medium containing 0.05 to 100 g/l of a foaming agent, forming a foam on said substrate, rolling up the substrate and rotating the rolled up substrate for a period of from 1 to 48 hours at a temperature of from 20.degree. to 60.degree.C to effect fixation.
