A dye compound represented by the following formula has at least one anionic group:wherein R1and R2independently represent an amino or hydroxyl group, A1represents nitrogen or CR4, R4and R3form a first aromatic ring, R3represents a substituent with a negative Hammett's substituent constant when A1represents nitrogen, and Cy represents a second aromatic ring.
