ABSTRACT:
The present invention is directed to a compound of the formula (I): ##STR1## where D+ is a cationic dye moiety; R.sup.1 is a branched chain alkyl group, and R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkaryl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alicyclic, heterocyclic, and allyl groups.
