ABSTRACT:
The present invention10discloses a workout bench26having a plurality of incline adjustments and stanchions with means for receiving dumbbell weights12. The dumbbell stanchion comprises a tubular structure16having a base portion38extending transversely to its distal ends, forming vertical stanchions. The vertical stanchions16comprise a weight rest stanchion18with weight rest19that is slidably adjustable having apertures22linearly arranged in conjunction with a locking pin24provided on the main vertical stanchions. The bench comprises two cushions28fixedly attached to individual frame structures30each hingedly32connected at the center. At the other distal end of the cushion frame30are collapsible leg supports34that fold up allowing the cushions28to rest on the floor's surface at an angle from the pivot point. Also disclosed are internal extendable braces42for raising the cushions28.
