ABSTRACT:
Particles, e.g. granules, of plastic materials are dried by blowing air heated to 0.5.degree. - 5.degree. C below the sticking temperature of the granules through a bed of the particles. The air temperature is controlled by means of a proportional controller having integral and derivative terms.
