The first planetary gear mechanism12, 13each form a planetary type on the condition that an eccentric member74is rotatable, and form a star type on the condition that the eccentric member74is unrotatable, thereby switching lifting operation of the diverter160and transverse conveying operation of an article by means of belts170, 170.
