ABSTRACT:
Improved automatic transmission fluids (ATF's) and gear lubricant compositions comprising a low concentration of an oil-soluble transistion metal compound are provided. The transition metal compound ameliorates low temperature thickening in ATF's and high temperature thickening in gear lubricants.
