ABSTRACT:
A Coriolis-type mass flow meter which uses two conduits wherein the inlet and outlet of each are coaxial with each other and with the respective oscillation axis. Each conduit comprises, in the direction of flow, an inlet J-shaped portion made up of a straight inlet and a first flow reversing bend, a C-shaped portion made up of a second flow reversing bend, a straight middle part and a third flow reversing bend, and an outlet J-shaped portion made up of a fourth flow reversing bend and a straight outlet. In side elevation the first and fourth bends are within the space defined by the C-shaped portion.
