A new and distinct cultivar of DoubleImpatiensplant named ‘Didi Carmine Two’, characterized by its compact, upright, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; freely branching growth habit; dark green-colored leaves; freely flowering habit; and red purple-colored flowers that are fully double and positioned above and beyond the foliage.
