ABSTRACT:
A novel family of chemical compounds derived from fatty compounds has two branches of two carbon atoms on the linear chain and general formula C.sub.21 H.sub.39 COOR where R represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl radical or a glyceryl radical.
