ABSTRACT:
A system using two or more lifting or depressing bodies positioned at intals along a cable used for towing a device displaced above, below, or to one side of the tow point and for providing radio frequency services for a submerged submarine. Each of the lifting bodies is symmetrical about the cable and provides hydrodynamic lift, depression, or side force, depending on whether the system is designed to lift, depress, or offset the towed device.
