ABSTRACT:
An undergarment designed to be worn by patients undergoing surgery or wearing a hospital gown. The undergarment consists of a unisex brief and an optional brassiere for women. The undergarment is made from a waterproof material and is disposable. The loose fit of the undergarment is aided through the use of elastic. The purpose of the undergarment is to help patients feel more comfortable when wearing a surgical gown, thereby decreasing their apprehension associated with a hospital visit.
