ABSTRACT:
A disposable head and neck immobilization device allows the immobilization of a patient's head and neck, after the patient has been placed upon a spine board, without manipulating the patient's head and neck. The rugged denier nylon construction affords strength, comfort and durability. The immobilization device can be manufactured economically as to allow the device to be disposable, thus reducing contamination hazard from transfer of bodily fluids.
