ABSTRACT:
Picture information is stored in a plurality of memory chips arranged in a matrix fashion at a plurality of randomly accessible addresses. The memory chips are accessed by both a chip select signal, formed from a combination of a picture information display angle designating signal and an information read out clock signal, and address designating signals in row and column directions. The picture information is read out and displayed by a CRT display unit in a direction designated by a display angle designating signal.
