A dispenser for dispensing photographic sheets from a stack, comprising a dispensing mechanism including a bodily displaceable rotatably supported dispensing roller that is provided with uni-directional anti-rotation device, and a bodily stationary, driven roller for cooperation with the bodily displaceable roller.
