ABSTRACT:
A discontinuously operated filter centrifuge has its noninverting filter bag attached only to the filter bottom which is displaceable out of the filter drum, so that when the filter bag is displaced out of the filter drum, a clearance is provided between the filter bag and drum to enable inspection of the interior of the drum.
