ABSTRACT:
A partition wall composed of a conductor for partitioning the inside of a case into two portions in which approximately all of at least one face of the partition, wall is covered by an insulation plate. A table rotation device and an optical pickup device are disposed in a first chamber in the case partitioned by the partition wall and the insulation plate. A printed circuit board4disposed in a second chamber formed in the case. In this manner, a possibility of a phenomenon that the table rotation device or the optical pickup device is affected thermally based on the heat generated caused by the operation of electronic parts or the like mounted on the printed circuit board such that a malfunction or the like occurs will be avoided.
