A direction regulator H of display, comprising a frame M mounting a member7capable of elevating/lowering in the height direction X1. A display fixing part1is provided to an upper part of the elevating/lowering member7. The display fixing part1comprises a base member2having a spherical receiving face27A. In front of the base member2, a cap support3comprising a spherical cap body31having a curvature substantially identical to that of the receiving face27A is provided to be urged by a spring9through the receiving face27A of the base member2. A flange4is clamped between the base member2and the cap support3. The flange4is slidable along the spherical receiving face27A of the base member2. The flange4is fixed with a display D through an angle regulating member5.
