ABSTRACT:
A method for forming a single-phase, homogeneous and high surface area metal alloy by reducing a heteropolymetallic complex in the presence of H.sub.2 at a low temperature. Also disclosed is a method for forming a single-phase, homogeneous and high surface area metal alloy by thermolysis of a heteropolymetallic complex in an inert atmosphere at a low temperature.
