ABSTRACT:
An electrophotographic developer containing a lake of a diphenylmethane color of the formula: ##SPC1##
Wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.3 are each hydrogen, phenyl or alkyl substituted or unsubstituted with hydroxyl, alkoxy, cyano, carbalkoxy, carbamoyl or phenyl, R.sub.2 and R.sub.4 are each alkyl substituted or unsubstituted with hydroxyl, alkoxy, cyano, carbalkoxy, carbamoyl or phenyl and R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 are each hydrogen, alkoxy or halogen.
