ABSTRACT:
An array of several like dimensionally stable readily manufactured diking apparatuses each of which operates in a furrow automatically produces a series of dams of uniform size at regular intervals of travel by repeatedly alternating positions one of a pair of sets of (a) a forwardly disposed digging and earth gathering element and (b) a rearwardly disposed slanted support shoe that is narrower than the earth gathering element forwardly thereof, the support shoe also providing a grading action on the furrow and automatically aligning the earth gathering element.
