ABSTRACT:
Novel A-II receptor antagonists have the formula ##STR1## or its isomer ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5, and R.sub.6, are as defined herein. These compounds inhibit the action of angiotensin II and are useful, therefore, for example, as antihypertensive agents.
