ABSTRACT:
New dihydrodigoxin derivatives of the formula ##SPC1##
Wherein one of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 represents a methyl or ethyl radical and the other represents hydrogen, methyl, ethyl or acetyl (i.e. alkanoyl; and R.sub.3 is hydrogen or an acetyl group; are outstandingly effective for therapy of cardiac insufficiencies, particularly via peroral administration.
