ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is a Differential Phase Shift Keying demodulator employing a Hjlbert filter. Filtered and unfiltered signals are sampled at the symbol rate of an incoming signal, and the sampled signals are each applied to a delay element having a one-symbol period delay. The delayed and the undelayed replicas of the two sampled signals are linearly combined to form the demodulator's output signals.
