ABSTRACT:
A ladder shaped dielectric substrate for a meander line slow-wave structure ocated between a serpentine metallic meander line conductor and a metallic ground plane. A pair of RF connectors having respective inner conductors connected to the ends of the meander line conductor are mounted on the ground plane.
