ABSTRACT:
A substantially circular electrode3is arranged on a surface2A of a dielectric substrate2of a TM010-mode resonator1. A coupling line5, which extends along a diameter of the substantially circular electrode3, is arranged on a back surface2B of the dielectric substrate2, and back-surface electrodes7are arranged with the coupling line5interposed therebetween in the width direction. Furthermore, signal lines11and ground electrodes13are arranged on a surface of an external substrate10in positions other than portions facing the coupling line5of the TM010-mode resonator1. The signal lines11are connected to the coupling line5of the TM010-mode resonator1and the ground electrodes13is connected to the back-surface electrodes7.
