ABSTRACT:
A dielectric ceramic material which is obtained by firing a raw material comprising an alumina powder and a glass powder containing at least SiO2and MgO, the dielectric ceramic material being characterized in that a ratio (MgAl2O4(311)/Al2O3(116)) in X-ray diffraction peak intensity of an MgAl2O4(311) to an Al2O3(116) is at least 0.5.
