ABSTRACT:
A dielectric ceramic composition which comprises a mixture of 7 to 25 mole% of BaTiO.sub.3, 0.1 to 15 mole% of Bi.sub.2 O.sub.3, 50 to 65 mole% of TiO.sub.2, 0.1 to 5 mole% of LaO.sub.3/2 and 15 to 45 mole% of NdO.sub.3/2 in a total of 100 mole%. At least one member selected from the group consisting of Y.sub.2 O.sub.3, Gd.sub.2 O.sub.3 and CeO.sub.2, and at least one member selected from the group consisting of Cr.sub.2 O.sub.3, MnO.sub.2, NiO and CoO are further added to the mixture in amounts of from 0.1 to 5 parts by weight and from 0.01 to 1 part by weight per 100 parts by weight of the mixture, respectively.
