ABSTRACT:
A dielectric ceramic composition consists essentially of a main component of a SrTiO.sub.3 --PbTiO.sub.3 --Bi.sub.2 O.sub.3 --TiO.sub.2 --CaTiO.sub.3 system and secondary components of manganese oxides, at least one oxide of rare earth elements selected from the group consisting of Nd, La, Ce, Pr and Sm, and one of complex perovskite compounds expressed by the following general formula:
