ABSTRACT:
When a retainer collar77is rotated with respect to a punch guide29in a turnable manner, an upper punch driver49which pierces the retainer collar77so as to be movable up and down is rotated with respect to the punch guide29.As a result, since the upper punch driver49is screwed into a lower punch driver37and is rotated with respect to the lower punch driver37provided on the punch guide29movably up and down, an up-down positional relationship between the upper punch driver49and the lower punch driver37can be adjusted.
