A new cultivar ofDianthusplant named ‘Devon Elise’ that is characterized by compact mounding habit, blue-green foliage and prominently fragrant pink flowers with pronounced dentation of the petals. In combination these traits set ‘Devon Elise’ apart from all other existing varieties ofDianthusknown to the inventor.
