ABSTRACT:
A device for eliminating the water present in the diesel oil supplying a diesel engine of a vehicle, comprises a water separating member, means for detecting the passage of a warning threshold by the volume of water separated and an electric pump adapted to drain this water through a non-return valve. Said pump is only energized from the battery of the vehicle during periods of preheating the engine and when the abovesaid warning threshold is exceeded.
