ABSTRACT:
A device for vertical as well as horizontal snapling along and across an exterior surface of a structure such as a building comprising a substantially horizontal guiding member being secured onto the edge of the roof of the structure, a horizontally translating first pulley being translatably attached to the guiding member, the first pulley being horizontally translatable relative to the guiding member, the first pulley including a first attachment and, a snapling equipment attached to the first attachment of the first pulley.
