ABSTRACT:
The device forms an operative station located downstream of the machine which cuts out dough triangles for the production of crescent shaped rolls of dough.
Through the use of parallel conveyors across the direction of advance of the cut dough, which are continued in tracks through a 180.degree. arc, it becomes possible to realign the dough cut into triangles with the same orientation without turning the triangles upside down.
