ABSTRACT:
A weight-lifting exercise device which combines, in a unique manner, the operational modes of a bench press and lat machine, so that the exerciser can lift simultaneously with his upper torso and with his legs. The within device can thus advantageously be used in performing a solo, or unattended, forced repetition, in complete safety, as well as a wide range of other weight-lifting exercises.
