ABSTRACT:
The device comprises a metal chassis (2a) bent into a .quadrature. shape and cut out with a light support (17), a support for an integrated circuit chip (27) and an indented lateral wing (22, 23, 24); the light source is shown at (34). The chassis (2a) with the light source and the chip in position is fixed by means of the holes (21, 21a, 20, 20a) to the fixed part (37), when the graduated disk (39) integral with the rotary shaft (38) is in position between the source (34) and the chip (27).
