ABSTRACT:
The device consists of a unit comprising a housing closure plug (13) extended by a cylindrical body (14), a maneuvering rod (20) mounted along the axis of an opening (18) passing axially through the plug (13) and the cylindrical body (14), a device (25, 26) for moving the maneuvering rod (20) axially, over a limited length, the head (30) for closing the filter (2) connected to one of the ends of the maneuvering rod (20) and a device for locking (38, 41) the head (30) onto the filter body (5). The device (12) makes it possible to carry out the replacement of the filter (2) packing without employing a handling module and special tooling for dismantling the filter head.
