The measuring head4functions as a light shielding member for shielding against unwanted light reflected on the immunochromatographic test strip5a. The plurality of light paths3b, 3b, 3b, 3bare juxtaposed along a direction in which a colored portion8of line shape formed on the immunochromatographic test strip5aextends.
