ABSTRACT:
The device includes a pair of U-shaped rods, which function as jaws for gripping the neck of a water cooler bottle when lifting the bottle from its carton or case, the jaws being pivotally connected to transverse rods which are part of a generally rectangular frame. A pair of hoops, likewise in rod form, are pivotally connected to the ends of longitudinal rods which are also an integral part of the rectangular frame, the hoops having handles which facilitate the lifting. After the bottle has been removed from its carton and while resting on the ground or floor, the hoops are placed in ana encircling relation with the body of the bottle so that the bottle can be readily tilted into a horizontal position. Thereafter, when the bottle is to be inverted for placing into the water cooler, the hoop handles are grasped with one hand and the above-mentioned jaws with the other hand so that the bottle can be quickly turned upside down and lowered into the water cooler.
