ABSTRACT:
The artificial blood vessel A comprises a front end wire ring101, a rear end wire ring102arranged facing to the front end wire ring101, a tubular cover7which connects the end wire rings101, 102, and a plurality of intermediate wire rings12arranged spaced apart from each other between the front end wire ring101and the rear end wire ring102. Each of the front end wire ring101, the rear end wire ring102and the intermediate wire rings12are given flexibly foldable elasticity. The circumference of the front end wire ring101is equally divided into four by dividing points411, 421, 431, 441. Hooking means13are formed for a front pull string to be passed through at the dividing points411, 431. The circumference of the intermediate wire ring12is fixed to the tubular cover7by suturing or with adhesive at the positions513, 523, 533, 543which correspond to the midpoint511between the dividing points411, 421, the midpoint521between the dividing points421, 431, the midpoint531between the dividing points431, 441, and the midpoint541between the dividing points441, 411.
