ABSTRACT:
The invention concerns a device for the extrusion of hollow or semi-hollow sections which are made in particular of a light metal. The device has at least one mandrel head on a mandrel support projecting into a die opening, the mandrel head being a special insert-type mandrel which is held in place on the mandrel support by a connecting device.
