ABSTRACT:
A device to minimize the flickering phenomenon of thin-film-transistor liquid-crystal-display (TFT-LCD), and prevent the discharge insufficiency problem when the TFT operates under low temperature. The device primarily uses temperature compensation components or circuits to achieve a VGHcurve corresponding to the temperature characteristics of the TFT. The gate pulse is slashed more substantially at high temperature and less at low temperature so that the recharging problem at low temperature is solved.
