A device for disassembling and reassembling a main steam isolation valve which is extended at an angle from a main steam pipe extended from a nuclear reactor. The disassembly and reassembly of the isolation valve which requires a high degree of accuracy can be accomplished quickly in a simple manner without the need of skilled workers. Thus, the time required for disassembling and reassembling the isolation valve can be shortened.
