ABSTRACT:
A device for destroying by electro-oxidation a photographic solution having at least one photographic developer. The device comprises a) an electro-oxidation unit adapted to degrade the photographic developer into volatile organic compounds and to produce hydrogen and oxygen, b) an expansion reservoir designed to contain the gaseous mixture generated by said electro-oxidation unit; and c) a combustion unit supplied with the gaseous mixture from the expansion reservoir.
