ABSTRACT:
A device for attaching an element for rotation in a tube comprises a conical sleeve, a hook and a link-pin. The link-pin interconnects the hook and the sleeve while permitting rotation of the hook. A particular application of the attachment device is to position an Archimedes' screw in the tubes of a multitubular heat exchanger, a steam condensor or the like. The assembly can be dismounted, if desired, and is adaptable to different tube diameters.
