ABSTRACT:
A device for anchoring a frame supporting rail to a construction site comprising a hollow collar attachable to the rail at an angular relationship to its longitudinal axis and a spike for positioning longitudinally through the hollow interior of the collar and when driven into the construction site, anchoring the rail thereto.
