A device and method for preventing the damage underlying lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) or medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow), or both lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow), or for treating the damage underlying lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) or medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow), or both lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow).
